The DoB fields on the Excel entry forms are checked using Excel’s Data Validation feature. This specifies a valid date range, and lets you set the error message presented if the user gets it wrong.
To change these, just do the following on each entry worksheet:
1. Unprotect the sheet (password ‘barani’)
2. Click in one of the affected cells
3. Click the ‘Data’ tab, then ‘Data Validation’ -> ‘Data Validation..’
5. Check the ‘Apply these changes to all other cells with the same settings’ box
6. Change the End Date to whatever you need
7. Click the Error Alert tab on that form and alter the message to match your end date
9. Click OK
10. Protect the sheet again
