Changing the times is straightforward – if you can do it before you’ve loaded all the athletes. The trick is to edit the numbers in the class definition file before creating the comp. (Otherwise, it’s still easy but takes a little longer – via the class editor).

If you look at that file, (for example, USAG-JO 2018.txt in C:\Users\Public\Documents\TScoreX\ClassDefns) you’ll see the 5th and 6th lines are column headers.
The leftmost letter of each column header is the start position for that value.
Half way along row 6, you’ll see the label ‘Time’. Below that are values of ‘2’ for the DMT grades, and 2’s & 3’s for TUM, SYN and TRA.
This is the total time per entrant (including warmup) in minutes. However, you can also put time is seconds here – anything above 20 is treated as seconds.

Further along is a column labelled WmUp. This is normally set to 0, which means that all grades use the default value of warmup time that you set in the Preferences screen.

So, all you need to do is to change the values in thos columns, ensuring that you don’t misalign the ones around it! Best to save that as your own named copy.
When you fire up TScore again to create a new comp, your new definition file will be in the list – pick that and the times should be read in as you need them.
If the competition fails to load, chances are you misaligned the columns somewhere.

If you need to edit the timings after the comp has been loaded, you need to use the class editor. Go through each class to change, set the Time Per Entrant and click Save before moving to the next class. When you have finished, it’s worth doing a ‘Save to File’ so you can easily create one with the same timings again.
