Bonus point restriction suggestion

Could do with some way of restricting what people can put in as bonus score – to values that are valid for the group. e.g. only bonus for 6 in-bounce/armset is 0.6 in lower NDP grades. For some reason one panel today decided to put this in as 0.2 instead – wpuld have been good if TSCORE prevented them from doing that!

That could get very complicated, as many events have multiple bonus options. The class definition screen is already very busy. I’m a bit reluctant to make it harder to see what’s going on in the Editor.

Understood – how about a per competition set of allowed values, or a minimum and maximum? i.e. in TRI NDP it’s really just 0.3 and 0.6. Being able to restrict to these or set upper and lower bounds would stop the majority of recorder/panel errors. i.e. not typing in 6 instead of 0.6
