Manual recorder checklist doesn't have HD on it

Already onto this one Neil – spotted it myself when I ran my own event today!
Temporary fix is to edit the checklist template file in C:\Users\Public\Documents\TScoreX\Templates to change the heading on those columns if you don’t have HD equipment (who does!).
A proper fix will be put out in the next couple of weeks for this one.
