All the printed results, checklists, certificates and exports are derived from ‘template’ files.

TScore gets these files from your currently set ‘Folder for Configuration Files’ (in preferences). This is normally C:\Users\Public\Documents\TScoreX

Within this folder you will find a Templates folder (used if you have selected UK terminology) and a TemplatesUSA folder (if you have selected USA terminology).
There are some built-in differences between the templates – the USA ones for example are based on USAG competition structure and have fewer passes for each person.

It is important to note that the template folder is set per computer, not for a particular event, and that folders are local to the computer.
This means that if you want to replace any templates, you need to copy them to the right location on every computer. Also be sure that the Terminology setting matches (UK/USA) on every computer.

As an example, suppose you want to change the Checklists template from the default one to a template better suited to UK Regional Tumbling?
First, create a new checklist template (by modifying an existing one), or pick one of the examples provided with TScore. In this example we will use the ChecklistTemplateTUM.xlsx file in the C:\Users\Public\Documents\TScoreX\As Installed folder.
In the C:\Users\Public\Documents\TScoreX\Templates folder, rename the CheckListTemplate.xlsx file to something different – CheckListTemplate-Orig.xlsx for example. Now copy the tumbling template into this folder and rename it to be CheckListTemplate.xlsx. The next time you generate checklists, they will use this template.

There are more complete descriptions of how to modify the templates in the TScore user guide.
