| Competitors often withdraw from a competition at the last minute. Here's how you handle this situation. | | | | From the Scoring screen, select the competitor to be withdrawn and then click the 'Edit' button at the top of the form. | |
 | The display now changes to the Edit Competitor Details screen as shown on the left.
Simply click on the Withdraw button.. | | ..and then confirm your action when asked: | | |
| | You will notice that once a competitor has been withdrawn, an 'X' appears in the 'Withdrawn' (W) column of the competitor list and the 'Withdraw' button becomes a 'Reinstate' button. You can undo a Withdrawal by clicking the Reinstate button. | |
| | When you return to the scoring screen (By clicking the 'Score' button at the top) you will also notice a purple 'W' to the right of the entrant's name. | | | | | Withdrawal versus Removal | | You will have seen that there is also a 'Remove' button on the Competitor Details form. This lets you completely remove an entrant from the database. This action cannot be undone, so once removed, you would need to add the competitor back in by entering all of their details and clicking 'Add'. For more information, see 'Adding and Editing Competitors'. |
